Master of Science Degree

The Master of Science in Organizational Performance Program prepares you to meet the changing roles and demands of management by preparing you to become and effective leader and facilitator of performance improvement initiatives, organizational development projects, and change management strategies. The curriculum is designed to provide exploration of key industry topics, with a practical project for each to apply your learning. The program allows for preparation for as many as four highly recognized certifications, including the PMP and Six Sigma.
